Able to get the app to consistently crash by changing the colour of text

Maybe this is because this is an imported font “Geist” however changing the text colour doesn’t quite fix the problem so I change the global colour which subsequently crashes the app consistently.

I see that one of your topic tags was intended to say ‘custom font’, but an extra ‘s’ has sneaked in. You might want to edit your original post to change that, since no one is going to deliberately do a tag search for ‘cusstom font’.

For those wondering, both Geist and its monospace counterpart Geist Mono are available for free from Google Fonts.

@0x5am5 I've downloaded and installed the 'Geist' font with various styles available. But I'm not getting a crash when adjusting the text colour using the dropdown at the top (Context toolbar) or when using the Colour studio.

Can you replicate the crash if you create a new document and insert some text (other fonts)?

Have you tried restarting your iPad to clear the cache/memory?

Are you running Photo V2 (2.6.2) on iPadOS 18.4.1?
