This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I have used expand stroke countless times to design icons, and today I tried to use it and the outer curve is showing up wrong. For clarity:
- I created a rectangle using the rectangle tool, then rounded the corners using the corner tool
- the inner curve was the original path that I had a stroke applied to, with the stroke aligning to the outside of the path.
