Bump or Nudge Text Box or Picture Box

I used to be able to select the "Move Tool" to select either a text box, a picture box, or several boxes and then use the keyboard arrow keys and make very slight movement of this content. I'm discovering now when I try the same action, it moves the content an inch or more. Is there some setting to control how much this action moves content?
