Resolution in the first and last screenshots is only a metadata inscribed in the file but has no practical meaning as long as the image is not placed, and possibly resized, in a document to print or to display at a certain physical dimension. 

In the Resource Manager, the resolution is the actual number of pixels per inch, calculated according to the dimensions YOU gave to the picture in YOUR document.
— This value is what matters if you want to check conformity for printing, for example.
