Demonskunk Posted April 28 Posted April 28 I'm editing a large book and master pages are a nightmare. I have 13 chapters with individual master styles, and every time I edit the masters I need to go into each chapter and manually delete all 13 master pages then sync the master pages from the style source. I am requesting two features: The first is to be able to select and delete multiple master pages at once. Self explanatory. You can currently only select 1 at a time, which is weird, and I want to be able to select multiple. The second feature is to have the Syncronize REPLACE certain elements of the source chapter. When I'm working on a style source and I change something like a Master Page I want to be able to EASILY PUSH THE UPDATES TO THE OTHER CHAPTERS. When I edit Chapter 4 Master in the style source, I want to just be able to click on Syncronize on the Chapter 4 file and have it overwrite the master page in the Chapter 4 file. This extends to text styles and table formats, just replace the ones with the same name automatically. Quote
Mui Posted May 4 Posted May 4 Seconded! I stumbled on this post while looking up the same behaviour with the master pages, which I thought was a bug. Demonskunk 1 Quote
