ℓurié Posted April 25 Posted April 25 This question is for Staff only. There are reports posted weeks ago, if not months, that have not yet received a response or tag. Why don't you give them priority? I don't like it at all. There should be a queue. You will probably read and not respond. But I wanted to point this out. 2ddpainter 1 Quote 🖥️ > AMD Ryzen 3 3100 - RX 6600 - 16GB DDR4 3200 - Windows 10 Home

Bound by Beans Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Yes, Serif. There are several reasons not to update from 2.4 to 2.6 because of these bugs and many others. You will probably read and not respond. But I wanted to point this out. Quote

ℓurié Posted April 29 Author Posted April 29 Just to give a couple of examples: These people have dedicated their time to report those bugs, Staff. A "Thank you" and a tag would have been enough. What I find most absurd is the inability to provide adequate customer support simultaneously with software development. Many bugs are found for free by your customers, Serif. Maybe the majority. Really, how can you ignore them? GRAFKOM 1 Quote 🖥️ > AMD Ryzen 3 3100 - RX 6600 - 16GB DDR4 3200 - Windows 10 Home

Because different users can report the same bug, and some people use images and videos already posted by others. In any case, they too are busy with the reports. And even if a bug has already been reported by other people, a "Thank you" and a tag are still welcome. Bound by Beans Posted April 29 Posted April 29 The users here who play rule enforcers with the forum guidelines as their little pocket Bible have completely missed the point of feedback — and the real problem the forum faces, regardless of whether people follow the rules to the letter or not: lack of feedback on feedback, lack of follow-up from Serif, lack of real progress in the software, issues with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, or even customer loss. That’s because some spend their time being forum members — make of that what you will — while others spend their time creating. ℓurié Posted April 29 Author Posted April 29 8 hours ago, Bound by Beans said: lack of feedback on feedback Exactly. For example, in the quoted case there is no response, no feedback. If the author of the unanswered topic is also the author of the image, so why is there no response in his/her topic? Instead, if it's the case of another user who has reported the same bug with an image posted by others, so why is there no response in this case too? In both cases, a "Thanks" and a tag would have been enough, perhaps informing them not to duplicate the topics (however, there is a video that is not present in the other topic and the text is different. Whoever was the first to post, it's not a simple copy and paste). They should also answer in these cases. Instead nothing, these topics remain unanswered for months or years, and not all the unanswered posts are similar or duplicates by the same user or other users. Unfortunately I know this for sure. But it's not good in any case. Whatever the case may be, many of us are left hanging and the queue is not respected. Really, sometimes I don't understand the tone of some messages. As @Bound by Beans noticed, the point of feedback is another. It seemed clear to me. Maybe it's because of my bad english? Anyway, I have the feeling that someone of the Staff are reading us. And if I guess right... well, that's a good thing. Quote 🖥️ > AMD Ryzen 3 3100 - RX 6600 - 16GB DDR4 3200 - Windows 10 Home
