gregohb Posted April 25 Posted April 25 (edited) I have a document, and I have printed it before, but I have added additional layers. Now when I go to print it, Designer immediately crashes, and Apple's crash reporter comes up. This happens consistently over 10 times in a row. Its impossible to print now. I tried saving the document into a new file and deleting some unused layers. I tried restarting the Mac. Nothing works. The only way I can print is to take a screenshot and print that. It seems to be a major bug. Here is the crash log Crash.rtf Edited May 8 by NathanC Condensed crash report into text file. Quote
Staff NathanC Posted May 8 Staff Posted May 8 Welcome to the forums @gregohb & apologies for the late response, To confirm, is this print dialog crash file specific or does it also occur when attempting to access the print menu from a new document? If it's not document specific, I'd recommend following the steps below to refresh the print drivers: Open the MacOS System Settings > Printers and remove the printers listed here. Then, restart your Mac and download a fresh version of the printer drivers directly from the manufactures website. Reinstall the printer using these new drivers, then restart your Mac once again. Hopefully going forward this should allow you to access the print dialog within the app. Quote
