Hangman Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Hi @Kishan, Is this a document you can upload so we can take a look at possible causes for the crash? Are you doing anything specific on any particular page when it crashes? Kishan Posted May 1 Author Posted May 1 Hello @Hangman! My apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately, I can't share the document here as it is confidential Quote
Kishan Posted May 1 Author Posted May 1 I'm getting the same issue on another system which was freshly formatted. Affinity Publisher crashes as soon as I try to edit the document. The Windows Event logs shows the same error. I'm uploading the Crash reports. 6a8d7fb9-d68d-4aa7-9842-30693ec90936d6faba0f-1adf-4a22-a9d7-4ea0b6d8564a.dmpadc2ab2f-913b-46e7-95c8-b4dc5872b274.dmp49c32745-9d19-42d0-a0ba-de342c75d9f3.dmp49c32745-9d19-42d0-a0ba-de342c75d9f3.dmp.dmp ab997ece-275d-4d9b-a3a4-2dfb04159acc.dmp 932b3b0c-0a87-4406-8e6f-418240045544.dmp e459244a-2866-4fbc-96d8-8426f04476bd.dmp 16252819-a75c-4fb1-8075-d7c008221a5f.dmp Quote
Hangman Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Hi @Kishan, No problem, I completely understand... You can request a private Dropbox link from Serif by replying to this message if you'd like them to look at your file(s), to see if they can determine the cause of the crash, assuming that is an option. Staff stokerg Posted May 1 Staff Posted May 1 Hi @Kishan, We'd really need a copy of the document in order to look into this issue. Would you be able to upload a copy to our Private Dropbox account here. All files are deleted once an issue has been replicated and logged with the Developers. Quote
