xzendor7 Posted April 24 Posted April 24 Affinity Photo v2.6.2 When OpenCL acceleration is enabled, exporting files produces gibberish or a blank output. When this feature is disabled; and all process are handled by the CPU, the problem does not manifest itself. File dimensions that are being saved are in the 15000px by 17500px range using png and jpg extensions. Average file size is about 400MB. I'm running the NVidia RTX 5070 Ti, with a Core i7 12000F, 64GB of DDR4 Ram and a 4k monitor. OS: Windows 11 Home - version: 23H2 - OS Build: 22631.5262 - with the Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1081.0 GPU Driver: 576.02 Quote
Staff NathanC Posted April 24 Staff Posted April 24 Hi @xzendor7 welcome to the forums, This is a known issue specific to the RTX 50 series cards and OpenCL, I've bumped the existing issue with your report. Quote
Gnobelix Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Hello @xzendor7, I would try the Studio driver from Nvidia. There are manufacturers like Topaz who explicitly recommend the Studio driver for their AI products. Would be worth a try.
