Niko Steensels Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Hi, I'm not sure if this something you would expect to see, or there is a work around, but I'm seeing the following, which is rather annoying to me. I'm using w11 with 2.6.2 version of publisher. I have created an afpub document with a number of pages, which were all started from a master page. The master page consists of picture frames which have frame text boxes connected to them. The pages are populated with pictures which I have placed in those picture frames, but I have them resized, zoomed in/out, moved,... afterwards, by detaching them from the master pages. At a later stage, I have deleted a number of pages. And all the pages are repositioned as expected. However , and this is the annoying bit, the original layout of the master page has reappeared again, as in the empty picture frames and text boxes have reappeared again, on top of the pictures which I added initially. This is not something I was expecting to see Is there something I'm overlooking here? Quote
MikeTO Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Hi Niko. Try choosing Page Move Options > Split Masters from the Pages panel menu. This will avoid new master objects being created when you add, move, or delete an odd number of pages. Good luck Quote Download a free PDF manual for Affinity Publisher 2.6 Download a quick reference chart for Affinity's Special Characters Affinity 2.6 for macOS Sequoia 15.5, MacBook Pro (M4 Pro) and iPad Air (M2)
