Hi,

I have a document in AD set to 72 ppp.

When I try to change that resolution to 300, for example, the tables modifies its location. No matter which method I use, anchor to page, to spread or scale, every time tables loses its locations.

I tried production version 2.6.2 and also 2.6.3 beta version, all of them gives me the salme result.

Why?

I'm unable to reproduce this with tables or any other type of object so I wonder if there's something different about your document. Would it be possible for you to share a spread for testing? If not, can you reproduce this in a new test document?

I see the same issue as @Herojas93 in 2.5.7, 2.6.2 and the 2.6.3 (Beta) with normal tables created directly in the document on both Mac and Windows...

If I change the Units of Measurement to Pixels from mm then things stay in the proper place otherwise I see this:

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

The issue is the DPI that the objects, in this case tables, were created at.

  1. Create a 300 dpi document
  2. Draw a table and copy it to the clipboard
  3. Create a 100 dpi document
  4. Paste the copied table - it will appear in a different position - move it wherever you like
  5. Draw another table
  6. Change the DPI of the document to 200 dpi with Document Setup - the pasted table will move but the new table you drew will not
