Horizontal lines won't go away

I've cleaned the heads and done head alignments, even did power cleans several times and I can't get the horizontal lines out of 

my prints, this is on an ET2800

Which operating system and programme are you using? 
Are the stripes on all files when printing or only on one specific file?
Can you please take a photo of one of the printouts.

What shows the nozzel test print?

Upon searching this seems to be a common problem with that printer. One user turned off bidirectional printing which solved it. My Brother inkjet does the same thing unless I set it up for high quality photo printing.

It's worth checking that you are using the correct settings for the paper that you are using. and that the paper you are using is suitable for your printer.
