Akut_Luna Posted April 21 Posted April 21 This is the exported image And this is a screenshot of how it looks in Affinity Photo As you can see, the color of the exported image looks totally off. What is going on? How do I fix it? Series_3-2.afphoto Quote
NotMyFault Posted April 21 Posted April 21 Convert document to RGB/16, then try again. keep a copy of the RGB/32 file for possible re-edits. NotMyFault Posted April 21 Posted April 21 Probably the color balance adjustment causes issues in RGB/32. I get a totally different rendering when converting. so use merge visible before converting. some tools work unexpected and different in RGB/32 as they were designed for gamma encoded images. Do not work in RGB/32 unless you understand all consequences and limitations. your image doesn’t show color values above 1.0, so RGB/16 is sufficient and avoids all complications resulting from RGB/32 Akut_Luna 1 Quote Mac mini M1 A2348 | MBP M3 Windows 11 - AMD Ryzen 9 5900x - 32 GB RAM - Nvidia GTX 1080 LG34WK950U-W, calibrated to DCI-P3 with LG Calibration Studio / Spider 5 | Dell 27“ 4K iPad Air Gen 5 (2022) A2589 Special interest into procedural texture filter, edit alpha channel, RGB/16 and RGB/32 color formats, stacking, finding root causes for misbehaving files, finding creative solutions for unsolvable tasks, finding bugs in Apps.
