I was under the assumption I was only getting charged 48¢ for a week... I have 2 separate charges for 14.99 and 13.72.. THAT WAS ALL THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT.. and actually they tried to charge me immediately after but like I said that was all my $ in my account.. which was actually going to go to my daughter on monday for her field trip!!! I would have NEVER agreed to this exp at that cost!!! This is ridiculous!! U need to explain to your customer or your prey that they are going to be charged these amounts.. which I never saw that before I put in my card #!! No wonder I was seeking help to be able to trust a man... Can't even trust a company Ii thought was going to help... Not only that... The little bit I read ... Was bullshit!!!!! I need a refund ASAP!!! I have no clue what I'm going to do for my daughters field trip!!!!

This website is for the Affinity software from a company called Serif.

The purchase of an official licence for the Serif Affinity software is a one-off, no-subscription, no-repeat-charges deal.

If you purchased a licence for the Affinity software directly from Serif, or from Serif via the Microsoft Store or Apple Store, you would have been charged once and once only, with no extra charges after that.

If you have been charged more than once then you have not purchased a licence for the Serif Affinity software and there’s probably not much that Serif can do about that.

I would suggest contacting the organisation which you made the purchase from or through.
