walt.farrell Posted April 17 Posted April 17 It sounds like you're running the MSI/EXE version of 2.6.0, but when you clicked the Download button to get the update for 2.6.2 you made a mistake and chose to download the MSIX installer. That would give you both 2.6.0 (MSI/EXE) and 2.6.2 (MSIX), and they use different directories to hold your installed content (brushes, assets, etc.). You need to uninstall the 2.6.2 you installed, click Download in 2.6.0 again, and this time pick the correct version of the installer. MxHeppa Posted April 24 Author Posted April 24 I think is simply remove 2.6.0? Or your way only way go. Quote AMD 7 7700X 64gigabytes ram 4Tb SSD for all kind projects. Affinity Apps v2 version. Windows 11 Pro.

If it is now your intent to instead run the MSIX version, you could remove 2.6.0 and stay with the 2.6.2 MSIX version I think you just installed. But you will perhaps have problems then, most likely in accessing your Affinity application from other programs. If I'm right about what has occurred, I would recommend you remove 2.6.2, and update 2.6.0 properly, by choosing the MSI/EXE version of the installer when you start the application and it provides a Download button.
