VirginiaL Posted April 16 Posted April 16 Hi you all. I don't understand why when I upload a pdf, even if I uncheck the boxes about texts, all of them become awkward and replaced. How to place a simple signature with photo or designer without becoming crazy? Thank you!! Quote
loukash Posted April 16 Posted April 16 There's a major difference between opening a PDF and placing a PDF. If you don't want to edit a PDF, don't open it. Place it. VirginiaL Posted April 16 Author Posted April 16 by dragging? Done, same result. In the original of the uploaded image, different font, and space among words File -> Place, same Quote

The latter will not render inactive embedded fonts correctly. Other than that, if you need detailed assistance, you may need to upload the offending files here. VirginiaL Posted April 18 Author Posted April 18 it happens the same. It is a private document so I can't share it but once it will be done with another I can share it. Another thing: when opening for the first time this command of course is not allowed. I have to make a new file and I see only1 page. How can I add more pages in photos? Thank you Quote

You can't. Affinity Photo contains primarily the subset of functions that are relevant for photo editing. As the app name says… If you need more pages, then Publisher is the tool with the relevant focus. Once you've added them in Publisher though, Photo will be able to handle them as well. The respective document format is fully interchangeable.
