There is no entry in the programs list for Affinity Photo.  I did a search for it on my hard drive, and there's various entries from ProgramData, Appdata, etc but there's no uninstaller.

Open the Start Menu. Go to Affinity Photo in the list of programs, right click and choose Uninstall. (I think - I haven't used Windows 10 for a while!)

Which “programs list” are you looking at? There are at least three places that could be described as such, and not all of the applications will appear in all of the lists.

Windows 10 does not have right click uninstall

Are you looking for the “Uninstall” option from the Start Menu as PaulEC suggested, or somewhere else? (I only ask as I can see it on Windows 10.)

Which type of installer did you use to install the application? MSI/EXE or MSIX?

The program list from control panel, but I also tried a program called "Uninstall Tool" which detects programs that do not show up in the normal programs list.  I usually organize my Start Menu programs list, so the folder and uninstall shortcut have been long since removed.  Couldn't say which installer I used.  Perhaps I should reinstall, and that way the shortcuts would show up again?

The list of applications in “Control Panel / Programs / Uninstall a program” doesn’t show applications which were installed via MSIX.

If you can’t see the application in the Start menu then try looking for it via “Settings / Apps” instead.

The MSIX applications are ‘sandboxed’ so they are not installed as ‘normal’ applications, which is why some uninstall tools can’t see them.

You can think of MSIX applications as being an ‘extensions’ of the operating system, as far as how they are managed. (That's a very simplistic way of looking at it.)

If you don’t like that situation then you can install the MSI/EXE version instead:
