FR: Color Wheels Adjustement Layers (Lift, Gamma, Gain, Offset)

Hi,

I various other image app, there is some kind of color wheel adjustement, which are extremely handy to adjust white balance or to grade an image.

Here is in Raw Therapee:

In most apps like in video editing apps, it is an essential way to retouch colors, and it is even more handy cause it has gobal offset, but also for dark (lift), mid and high luminosity ranges. The ability to defined both color hue injection and an intensity in a single control is very handy.

This feature would be mostly for affinity photo.
