Teage Posted April 11 Posted April 11 I initially created a bunch of footnotes, but didn't like the way this looked so I converted them all to endnotes. The default seems to be to place the endnotes at the end of the document but I would like the endnotes to be displayed at the end of each chapter (I've created a section for each chapter). I know the content is still there as the endnote superscript numbers still show up in the main text, I just can't find where they're being displayed or how to toggle them on. I assuming I have to create a text frame and insert some smart code, just not sure where I'd find that. Quote
MikeTO Posted April 11 Posted April 11 There are a few options for the position of endnotes. If each chapter is a separate story (text in a series of linked frames), then select End of Story to position the endnotes below the story text in the last frame of the story or Separate Frame to generate a frame at the end of the story's frames. To find a misplaced note frame, click beside one of the note reference markers and click the Go to Body control (the down arrow) at the top-right corner of the panel.
