Often hangs on startup

I am encountering more frequently the problem of Affinity Publisher that hangs if I too early quickly scroll the document (before it completes some internal service operations, I suppose).

The problem does not appear if I wait some seconds.

(iMac, Intel i9, 64G RAM).
