afpub Crashes Publisher when Editing Text or Selecting Elements

I'm facing an issue where editing text in a document causes Publisher to crash. Sometimes it's as simple as typing a single character or creating a line break, sometimes I am able to type a few words before the program crashes. Sometimes I can type a word, the program doesn't crash, but when I click somewhere else in the paragraph, the program crashes. Even just clicking on various elements or text boxes within the document causes Publisher to crash.

• Affinity Publisher 2 (2.6.2).
• The issue is reproducible, but only in specific documents. I will attach a sample, along with several crash logs.
•  Windows 11
•  Have tried Hardware Acceleration both enabled and disabled. Have updated .NET framework. Have tried different RAM allocations. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Publisher. Have attempted to make a new save file of the document. Have attempted to work in a different font.
•  I am working on a tablet. This issue occurs both when hooked up to an external monitor and when using the native display. The issue occurs when using both the internal GPU (Nvidia 3050Ti) and an external GPU (Nvidia 3080)
• There have been no recent changes or windows updates that I'm aware of that might have influenced this issue.

As @Alfred mentions, the workaround appears to work...

Let us know how you get on with the attached version of the file and whether you still experience the crash when working with it...
