How can I draw this line? Draw it horizontal or vertical at 10cm long then rotate it using the transform studio. Mainecoon364 Posted April 10 Author Posted April 10 Is there a faster way to do this? The 10 cm line with the 40 degrees angle. I want to make It 5 cm line with the 40 degrees angle. Normally I have to create a new line and apply angle to do this. Because there is X and Y coordinates. Not combined length. Quote

I don’t know if it’s the same on iPad but on Desktop, for a straight line Curve layer comprising of two nodes, or with the Node Tool and two adjacent nodes selected, in the Transform Panel there should be a (L)ength field which can be modified. The Transform Studio is simplified in the iPad version, with the Height control greyed out to leave the Width control serving as the Length control, but the same basic operations are available. Mainecoon364 Posted April 10 Author Posted April 10 It does not show the measure of the diagonal line. (Hypotenuse) It shows the measure of the adjacent side and the opposite side of the triangle. As you see on my screenshot. Quote
Paul Mudditt Posted April 10 Posted April 10 As I said the only way is as I stated, draw horizontal or vertical, in transform studio set length then set angle. Perhaps add a feature request to change it, autocad it isn’t.
