Recently installed the Affinity Suite for work purposes. We are currently having random exception error that will either crash the software or have moderate delays. I am running Windows 10 enterprise edition. I have done the obvious restart and reinstall. PC has .Net 3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5. Any help would be appreciated.

It would have been better if you had posted this in the appropriate “Bugs” section of the forums rather than in a “Questions” section as the “Questions” sections are for people to ask about things rather than report bugs/problems.

Welcome to the forums @audiologynoob & apologies for the late response,

Are you still experiencing these crashes? If so, we'd be grateful if you could answer and provide the following:

  • Which Affinity App(s) are you using, and are they updated to the latest version (v2.6.2)?
  • At what point are you typically encountering the crash, and can it be reproduced by following the same steps?
  • Can you provide any recent crash reports?
