Sunshine Kid Posted April 9 Posted April 9 The Canva PDF flyers placed into Affinity Publisher show this error message. If I click the 'Fix' button I can not correct the fonts missing. There is not area that can be selected. I have attached the 2 Canva flyers for you to see. Would like to tell folks using Canva what they should set their export on since I am having issues importing it into Affinity. First time this has happened, others just use JPG's. Hangman Posted April 9 Posted April 9 Hi @Sunshine Kid, Publisher defaults to PDF/X-1a:2003 when running its preflight checks. To remove the preflight error, don't click 'fix' as this will change the document from using Passthrough to Interpret, for which you'd need to have the fonts used in the artwork installed (which you may already have)... Edit the default Preflight profile by clicking the hamburger menu to the right of the profile option in the Preflight panel (Window → Preflight) and change the PDF Passthrough setting to PDF 1.4 or above...
