Black edges appear when move, resize and crop masks

Often I need to move, resize or crop an image with one or more masks. When I do that, unwelcome black edges appear on the right and bottom sides. Sometimes they appear only on the right side, sometimes only on the bottom side. More often on both sides. But they never appear on the left and top sides. The bug also appears when using Pixel Persona in Designer and Photo Persona in Publisher. This is a long-standing bug, also present in V1, and unfortunately it wastes a lot of my time. Look this example:
