Affinity Publisher 2 Crash After Opening PSD Files

Hello, I have a problem with mi IPSD 2.6.2 (w/iOS 18.3.2) affinity publisher app on my ipad 2020 pro. I app opens but 5 seconds after selecting a document the app crashes.

I would be grateful for any suggestion or help

Hi @Osalcorga welcome to the forums & apologies for the late response,

It looks like the issue may be specific to the document you're working on, if you could save the document to an external .afpub file and then send us a copy we can investigate further and explore possible solutions. I've provided a private upload link below.

Many thanks, I’ve not yet encountered any crashes while working on your file, having tried this on two different iPads as well as desktop, and nothing stands out to me as immediately wrong, although I don’t have Garamond Pro installed on the iPads. I’ve PM’d you a copy of your file where I have ‘Refreshed’ the embedded resources (switched to linked and back to embedded) which updated the paths. See if you’re able to open this version.

I’d also suggest rebooting your iPad and only open Publisher 2 so it has more access to available system resources.

If it crashes again, could you provide the most recent crash report generated from the app? The FAQ below details how to find these.
