Hello dear Community,

 

since i have my new RTX 5080 when i try to use the new AI Tool after some seconds (while the picture getting scanning) i get a blue screen. :(

can someone help me please ? :(

(my old GPU was a RTX 3080)

There are several reported issues using the RTX 50xx GPUs with Affinity, which are sometimes resolved by opening the application Settings, and then under Performance, turning off "Hardware Acceleration (OpenCL)". 

So, if you have Hardware Acceleration enabled I would start by disabling it in Photo Settings, restarting Photo, and seeing if that resolves your problem.

Thanks for letting us know. To add: BSODs are always caused by the hardware and/or drivers. An application itself very rarely causes a BSOD.
