Problems signing in

I have problems with Affinity Photo for Mac in terms of signing in. This is something that I rarely have problems with other programs, including Adobe products and Pixelmator Pro. I have a license, I've used this program often, but every so often it asks me to sign in, and I cannot authenticate with what I know are correct sign-in name and password. I can get into the Affinity website, and I can change my password, but once I do that, and the program asks me to sign-in again (which is weird in itself, no other Mac program asks me to sign in once I've set up the software with its license). Can anyone help me with this? It's frustrating, especially since I bought Affinity for Mac primarily to use in conjunction with the Nik collection, but not only. I'd really like to learn this software.

What is the exact error message you get when you try to sign-in?

You didn't complete that sentence and tell us what happens at that point. Presumably the sign-in fails, but knowing the error message may help. I am also assuming that by "Affinity website" you mean the Affinity Store website, not these forums, which use a different set of credential information. You need to use the same email address you used signing-in to the Affinity Store, and same password (assuming you're using a personal license, not a corporate or educational license).
