Hello,

I have no idea how to replicate this, its been plaguing me through all versions of Publisher 2 that I've ever used.

In summary, you hit Ctl + F, type something in, and a list of results appear. So far so good.

Sometimes (I think when there is only a single result, or that result is already on the displayed page) double clicking on the result won't highlight or jump-to it. It jumps SOMEWHERE, but does not highlight the word, leaving you to attempt to find it among a sea of several hundred other words.

When this happens, I either have to read the whole paragraph searching for the word, or more often, simply close then re-open the program.

Seems to happen in about 1:10 searches.

Anybody else experience this? Any chance of a fix on the horizon?

I reported this a couple of years ago, too, and I just confirmed that it's still present in 2.6.2.

BTW, a related bug was fixed in 2.6.0. If you were already on the page when you clicked a search result, Affinity wouldn't take you to that page. I reported this because I might be editing page 20, then scroll to page 40, and click the search result but Affinity didn't put the search result in focus because technically I was still on page 20.
