Resizing the Open or Export panels.

I'm running Affinity Photo 2 version 2.6.2 on Windows 11.

When I click the Open button it opens the panel full screen size and I can't find a way to reduce the size. This also happens when I try to use Export as well. Usually I can alter the size by dragging on any of the edges of the panel.

Dragging on the edges of the window has no effect.

There is only an X at the top right of the windows, no way of minimising the window.

If you double-click the title bar of the Open dialog it should ‘Restore down’, as with other windows.
