Steve in Montreal Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Running on a MacBook Pro running a 2.4 ghz 8-core i9 Intel processor, 32gigs of RAM, Mac OS X Sequoia 15.4 I create a new HDR document from RAW files (Canon 1DX MKIII, 5 bracketed photos), I save the files to the desktop then select "Close All" from the File Menu in Affinity Photo v2.6.2, I then try and access from the "File" menu "New HDR Merge..." but all the menu items are frozen, I then have to Quit Affinity Photo and then have to re-open it in order to process the next image. Very frustrating when one has to process multiple (try 50+ Realestate photos) in a batch one at a time! Great Application but...Any solutions out there? Steve in Montreal Canada Quote
Staff NathanC Posted April 10 Staff Posted April 10 Hi @Steve in Montreal welcome to the forums, I'd initially suggest disabling 'Hardware Acceleration' under Edit -> Settings -> Performance and then restarting the app when prompted to see if this helps alleviate the freezes. If the issue persists, could you see if the problem can be captured on a screen recording? I've linked our FAQ below for further instructions. Many thanks Quote
