I just bought the app., installed and launch it. It freezes automatically and I can ear my laptop working hard. The app. doesn't respond. I have uninstalled and re-installed for the same result.

I run it on my new laptop and I am connected to a VPN with NordVPN. Can anyone help?

@Domika When opening the app, do you see the full UI and have you managed to activate the app with your Affinity ID?

Can you try resetting the app to defaults (different process to reinstall) to see if this has any effect.
Hold down the CTRL key and open the app, some reset options should appear. Release the key and check Disable Hardware Acceleration before clicking Clear.

It's also worth checking to make sure your graphic card drivers are up to date.

If it's still happening, please check for a crash report to send in to be checked.
