GoddessAIArt Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Greetings! I hope this finds you well and in great spirits! Ok...so let me jump right to it. I wanted to try out Affinity's free trial before purchasing. I signed up and downloaded as instructed. However, it would never work for me. I couldn't open it. I followed instructions for the DEX 11. Anyway, after following the instructions, it told me that my system was not a 64 bit system. According to my PC, it is...64 bit OS and 64 bit processor. Is this anyway to resolve this issue? I'm a few days into my free trial, and I still haven't been able to use it. I greatly appreciate you and your time. Thank you in advance for whatever assistance you can offer me. Quote

Please give us the full file name, including the extension.
