Staff NathanC Posted April 23 Staff Posted April 23 Hi @Deepan , apologies for the late response. This is a known issue currently logged with the developers. IPhone 16 'ProRAW Max' .DNG files shot in the JPEG Lossless format will prompt this 'Not supported' error on import. In your iPhone System Settings -> Camera -> Formats -> Pro Default if you change the 'ProRAW Format' to either JPEG-XL Lossless or Lossy, these should open as expected until this issue is resolved.
