JamesK Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Hi I use publisher for a church weekly bulletin. Some pages stay the same each week with adjustments while others come and go. Is there any way of hiding a page so that it can skip a week without having to choose which pages to export to a PDF?. Any way of ticking a box so that the following week I can get the page active again? Thanks James Quote
MikeTO Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Hi @JamesK and welcome to the forums. Yes, but it's not straightforward. To hide a page, you have to enclose it in a non-printing section. To hide, for example, page 9 of 20 pages: Using the Section Manager, create a new section starting on page 9. Deselect Include on Export. Create another new section starting on page 10. Select Include on Export. To later unhide page 9, you'd simply select Include on Export again.
