Yes, a new user's first posting needs to be approved by a moderator, which usually happens after the user has confirmed their email address. Apparently that has occurred because both of your posts are visible. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for your question. What release of Photo and Designer are you using, and what release of Windows? Where is the file located that you are editing, and what location are you trying to save it to? It would help to know the exact steps you used to Open the file, and to Save it. Also, when did this problem start happening, and did you make any system changes? Does it happen for all files? KenzoDesu Posted April 3 Author Posted April 3 I use ver1.10.6 and Windows10. The file I was editing is on the D drive and I tried to save the data to the D drive. It's been a while since I last used the app, so I don't know when this problem started. I haven't changed the system. This problem occurs with all files. But previously saved files can be opened without any problems. walt.farrell 1 Quote
walt.farrell Posted April 3 Posted April 3 What is your D drive? If it's network- or USB-attached, perhaps try saving to an internal hard drive instead? KenzoDesu Posted April 3 Author Posted April 3 Thank you for your advice. I tried to save the data to the hard drive in my computer. But I couldn't do that. Quote
