knpwrs Posted April 1 Posted April 1 I want to create a booklet in Affinity Publisher, printed so that the pages can be stapled and folded together on standard, letter-size paper. I created a document with pages sized 4.25" x 5.5" and laid out all the pages in the order I want them to appear in the booklet. When I go to print and select booklet mode it appears that the cover is somehow appearing in the middle of the packet, and when I put the pages together to fold and staple they are all out of order. Book mode also doesn't look right. I have used https://pdfsnake.com/ in the past to do what I'm looking for but I would really like to use Affinity Publisher if I can. What am I doing wrong? Quote
joe_l Posted April 1 Posted April 1 For a saddle-stitched booklet the total page number must be divided by 4, so 20 pages instead of 18. Page 1 is the Title and Page 20 is the back. Quote ---------- Windows 10 / 11, Complete Suite Retail and Beta
knpwrs Posted April 1 Author Posted April 1 That did the trick! Also making sure to select "short edge" for the double-sided printing. Thank you! joe_l 1 Quote
