DelN Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Hi, I have been working in Affinity Photo 2.6 and found that one group layer will not show the layers inside it, yet when I move them out of the layer, they are shown. I thought it was me, but I moved it to another file to test it. I attach the file below. Application Affinity Photo 2.6 (latest version available to download) Can I reproduce it? I have copied the group layer into a new file, then created layers which, when I drop them into the group layer, are no longer displayed. (file attached). Does it happen for a new document? As above. I have copied the group layer into a new file (attached). My operating system Windows 11 Hardware Acceleration is ON What happened for you (and what you expected to happen) This question is not very clear. A group layer does not display the layers grouped inside it - even when the group layer visibility is ON. However, when I move the layers outside of the group, they are displayed... Provide a recipe for creating the problem (step-by-step what you did) As above. Screenshots Layer 1 and Layer 2 inside the Group Layer Layer 1 and Layer 2 outside the Group Layer Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers None that I know of. Did this same thing used to work... Yes, usually layers contained in a group layer are displayed in Affinity Photo. ... and if so have you changed anything recently? (software or hardware) No Hope this helps. DelN Corrupt Group Layer.afphoto Quote
