Affinity Photo 2.2.1.2075

ok. so, i wanted to install 2.6.0 on my notebook. my notebook has 2.2.1.2075

i tried to update it with the regular msi/exe 2.6 installer. but it errors out. so i installed the 2.6 msxi installer version

now i have 2.2.1.2075 and 2.6.0 on the system.

 

next step was to try to uninstall 2.2.1.2075 normaly over the windows program add/remove settings.

uninstalling does not work. it wants some msi package. my package cache folder does not have it. my further step was to download an older affinity photo version, the 2.2.1 msi/exe version, but it cant be installed to have whatever i would need to be able to uninstall it. it errors out and wants the package too...

so i am no a bit lost. how can i get rid of the app in a clean manner?

Please could you try running the Microsoft Uninstall troubleshooter to see if this helps with your problem at all?
