SarahLlyn Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I can no longer use Affinity Designer on my computer. I haven't upgraded or changed my computer in anyway, but I'm no longer able to use it? Launching the app just leads to a long load with "Not Responding" error. I have uninstalled, re downloaded the app, reinstalled = No luck I have restarted my computer = no luck. Does anyone have any tips? I don't want to have to use my iPad for everything when PC is much easier. Quote

Staff Callum Posted March 24 Staff Posted March 24 Hi SarahLlyn, If this is something you are still having issues with I would recommend trying to open the app with the CTRL key held down and when the reset menu appears hit select all and then clear to see if the app then opens correctly.
