spacebox Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Hi. - I wondered why Affinity Photo2 always lost the settings I had made for the LIve High Pass Filter ... (Whenever I opened a previously saved document ... the High Pass would appear reset to 0px. This happened even while working on a document ... when I reopened the High Pass settings panel, it often was already reset to 0 again.) I finally found out what it is about The Live High Pass Filter is the only adjustment / live filter module that automatically resets to the default settings ... when you click beside its settings window (into the void) instead of carefully closing it. Hopefully this can be fixed soon ... Affinity Photo 2.6 / Macmini M1 8GB / MacOs 15.3.2. High Pass reset on click into the void.mp4 Quote
Staff NathanC Posted March 20 Staff Posted March 20 Hi @spacebox welcome to the forums, This is the expected behaviour for this filter, you can adjust the high pass radius via a click-drag interaction on the canvas and will change based on the pixel region, a single click will just set the radius to 0px. This is actually indicated on your cursor, the icon changes to have this black slider bar underneath it. Quote
