rtcfrtc1950 Posted March 18 Posted March 18 (edited) This is the second time this has happened. I tried to upload several photos and got the message that they are unable to process this type of jpeg. If I put it on a thumb drive and take it in to the store, they are able to print it. I submitted a request to Walgreen's trouble-shooting people, but nothing has come of it. Any ideas on what to try? I'm on a Mac mini running OS 15.3.2. Edited March 18 by rtcfrtc1950 provided my Mac info Quote

When you copy it to the thumb drive, do you get a warning about information being lost? If so, try copying the file back from the thumb drive to a new location on the local hard drive and then try to upload it from there. rtcfrtc1950 Posted Tuesday at 12:48 AM Author Posted Tuesday at 12:48 AM No, I don't get a warning about info being lost if it's on the thumb drive. I just can't always upload from my Mac to Walgreen's Photo. Quote
