Cannot access Affinity Collection purchase for iPad OS

Hi,

I bought the Affinity collection for ipad OS yesterday for £35.99.

The transaction went through ok as confirmed by the debit in my PayPal account, and the record of the purchase in my Apple AppStore Account,

However, I am unable to access the software in any way… not through the Affinity Photo trial app or the App Store.

Please advise.
