Hallo,

ich erhalte beim Update diese Nachricht.

Ich habe eine gültige Lizenz. Ich bin Digital-Nomade. Ich arbeite nicht mit VPN sondern mit IP lokal. Momentan mit einer IP von Starlink.

Können Sie das bitte korrigieren.

Hi @Theo UY and welcome to the forums.

If my translation of the error message is correct, it is referring to the location on your computer and not the country you are located in. I assume you're using macOS?

First, check where you are running Affinity from - is it running from your Applications directory or from the mounted DMG file? If it's from a mounted DMG, you should drag the file to Applications, unmount (eject) the DMG and run it from Applications. The updater should work from there.

If that's not the issue or you still can't get the updater to work, you can download the full installer which will avoid the issue entirely.
