Hello!

I've been using the software for quite a while now, and been using it across 3 different GPUs (GTX 1070, RTX 2060, RTX 3070Ti).

Now I switched to a Intel Arc B580, recently updated, but the Designer won't open.

Is it incompatible with it?

Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to the forums @EdVel

As a first step, you can start the Designer by holding down the CTRL key. A window with recovery options should open. Leave first three options ticked and set a tick next to Disable hardware acceleration.
Click on Clear. With luck, the application will now start.

If not, we come to step two:
Have you uninstalled the NVIDIA drivers properly and then downloaded and installed the latest Intel driver from Intel's website?

If in doubt, download the Display Driver Uninstaller. Sometimes drivers are not completely uninstalled and incompatibilities occur.
