Rotate or flip canvas or document, handling of selection and spare channels

Affinity allows to rotate or flip a document.

Unfortunately, it does not rotate an active selection or saved spare channels.

this is surprising and not what users would expect to happen.

never the less, the current behavior might be useful for some cases.

please add an option allowing the user to include selections and/or spare channels when rotating.

The option should be available in a hierarchy 

• global preset (for new documents)
• document property (overwriting global preset, save as property of template and document)
• ad hoc choice in rotate UI (overrule document property, do not overwrite document property unless explicitly chosen by user)

this feedback is based on current threads of users running into issues and using far too complex workarounds
