Purchasing issue

I purchased Affinity Designer and it took my money from my account but i never received the product key or anything. Any suggestions on how to get my money back or the key to download the program?

The purchase confirmation email may have ended up in the spam folder of your email programme

To check whether the purchase has been properly completed, log in to your Serif Store account.
There click on Menu -> My Account
Select V2 Licences & Downloads. There you will see the licence details
If you are using Windows, click on the open square bracket pointing downwards. Select MSI/Exe if you want to access the Affinity Apps from other programmes.

If all this has not helped write an email to affinityorders@serif.com

There is nothing in those areas so i emailed them. Just waiting on a response thank you
