William Randall
I downloaded Affinity Photo from the Apple store on 24 July 2016. Initially, after opening my pc, I can boot Affinity from Launchpad. However, if I close Affinity it will not reopen unless I reboot my computer. Apple support had me delete Affinity and reinstall it. The problem still exists. I am using a MacBook Pro and I have the latest updates.
Staff Callum Posted July 26, 2016 Staff Share Posted July 26, 2016 Hi William, Welcome to the Forums! When you try to re open Affinity the second time does the menu bar at the top of your screen say Affinity Photo? It should look like the below screenshot :) Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
mac_heibu
How do you "close" the app? By closing the window or by cmd+Q/Quit command in the file menu? Closing the window doesn't close the app and restarting it will be useless, because it is still active.
