Hangman Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Hi @sisemao and welcome to the forums, This sounds as though it could be a known bug in 2.6.0 when exporting to PDF... Could you upload a screenshot of the Character panel with the Language tab expanded so we can confirm if this is the known bug or a different issue? If it is the same issue, there are a few workarounds while we wait for the bug to be fixed... Hangman Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Hi @sisemao, Thanks for the screenshot... Could you upload your document so we can take a look at what is causing the crash... sisemao Posted February 27 Author Posted February 27 Not only this file. Any pdf file will be causing the crash. 真固试剂盒标签.aftemplate Quote
Hangman Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Hi @sisemao, Many thanks for the file, that helps a lot... This is a known regression in 2.6.0, but if you try the following you should be able to export your documents to PDF. Go to Select → Select Object → Frame Text to select all Frame text in your document In the Character panel, change the Spelling Language from Unknown [zh-Hans-US] to None If your document only contains Artistic Text and no Frame Text, go to Select → Select Object → Art Text followed by Layer → Convert to Text Frame In the Character panel, change the Spelling Language from Unknown [zh-Hans-US] to None If your document contains no text, add a Frame Text object, type a character and change the Spelling Language from Unknown [zh-Hans-US] to None Note: In Step 5, if needed you can move the text frame off the page so it's not visible or make the character the same colour as the background. I've updated the text in the attached version of your file, which should now export without the crash, but let us know if the above works for your other documents.
