zofia.sawczuk.grafika Posted February 25 Posted February 25 Hi, Some time ago, I used the Affinity Publisher free trial for a week on my account. After the trial expired, I couldn't open Affinity Photo 2, for which I purchased a license a year ago. When I log in, it says that my license has expired and that I need to buy Affinity Photo 2 again. I used the trial from the same account that holds my license. Does anyone know how to fix this? Quote
walt.farrell Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Welcome to the Affinity forums, @zofia.sawczuk.grafika. I would try deactivating the Affinity 2 licenses on that machine completely, and then signing in to your account again when prompted. This first section of this post describes one simple way to do that: If that doesn't work, I would suggest logging in to your account at https://affinity.store and checking in the V2 Licenses and Downloads section of your account to confirm you really do have the licenses you think you should have on that account.
